The Camp Staff Seminar will take place during Easter Thursday 5 - Monday 9 April 2012 at B.P. Park in Bassano Romano (Rome), Italy.
The invitation letter for the conference has been sent to the scout centers participating in the Goose Network.
The seminar is aimed and specially designed for the volunteer staff of Scout & Guide Centres is Europe to give the an opportunity for personel development, sharing experiences, building up networks and exchanging ideas etc.
The programme is diverse. Exchange of experience, workshops, a bit of sight seeing, etc. The programme is not finalised yet, so as an example you can look at the Campstaff Seminar Programme from 2010 (PDF).
Volunteer staff of your Centre ideally between the age of 18-30 can apply with a maximum of 3 staff per Centre. If your Centre is not a member of the Goose Network you can still send your volunteer staff to this seminar without the need to become a member of the Network first!
The application form (doc) can be filled out and mailed to the 'seminar' e-mail address mentioned on the form.
In 2013, the Camp Staff Seminar will take place over Easter at a yet unknown location.... please come back in autumn 2012 for more information.
